Description:
Actalent is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in MEP and at least 5 years of management experience.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD. Candidates will be meeting with clients to kickoff projects, setting schedules, managing design/design proposals, confirming accuracy of design, meeting with their team and the clients on a regular basis.
This also involves developing, reviewing and approving MEP design and construction documents. This job will have about 10- 20% travel.
Candidates will me managing 2-3 projects at a time ranging from $50K-$1Mill and teams of 4-12 people.
Project types can very from government facilities, hospitals, laboratories, office buildings, etc.
This includes such clients as the VA, Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Agriculture, the USDA and more.
Skills & Qualifications:
Federal project experience strongly preferred
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10+ Years experience in MEP with at least 5 years management
No EIT or PE needed
AutoCAD is a must
