Contract Program Manager

Link Solutions is seeking a Contract Program Manager to join our team at Patuxent River, MD. Must be a US Citizen  DoD Secret Clearance required Non-remote (relocation incentive available)Our Contract Program Manager will serve as the overall lead and program administrator that directly interfaces with Government stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure that mission objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are being achieved.  Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring service delivery meets established service level agreements (SLAs) and mission objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor contract management procedures, controls, and reporting mechanisms. Manage tasking, workload distribution, and performance of personnel. Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. Drive strategic planning for future initiatives, system improvements, and evolving mission requirements. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
