Sr. Data Entry Clerk

Description We are in the process of recruiting a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in ROCKVILLE, Maryland. The role is within the industry and will require the successful applicant to have a strong ability to manage and maintain databases, assist with payroll, and ensure high attention to detail when entering data. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Detailed data entry into various databases and systems Assisting with payroll functions as required Maintaining and managing databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Utilizing software systems such as CRM and accounting software for data entry and management Overseeing check processing and claim administration tasks Ensuring a high level of attention to detail in all tasks Assisting with billing functions when necessary Maintaining a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with CRM software Knowledge of Billing Functions Prior experience in Check Processing Familiarity with Claim Administration processes Proven Data Entry skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
