SUMMARY:
Monument Enterprises is seeking a talented Journeyman Carpenter in the metro area
with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property maintenance. The
successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to be a team player, must be reliable
and self-motivated, must have strong communication, must be well organized and must
have knowledge of all facets of commercial carpentry, renovation & maintenance. This
position includes rotating schedule (every other week) for being on-call evenings and
weekends.
Carpenter
Providing carpentry & remodeling services to HOAs, condominium communities
and commercial clients to include rough and finish carpentry, flooring, drywall,
cabinetry, light electrical and light plumbing.
HVAC & Plumbing experience is a plus
Interacts with clients and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds
expectations

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ general carpentry experience
Experience doing remodeling work is helpful as it presents a variety of different
situations
Ability to perform labor intensive work – often working in dirty conditions
Must have own basic carpenter tools
Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry materials
Ability to work overtime when needed and respond to emergency situations after
normal work hours is required
