Experienced skid steer operator for snow / ice removal in Frostburg MD. Light mechanical a plus. Must have reliable transportation to the site in Frostburg MD….$25/hour + $50/weekly bonus potential for dependability Nov. 10 - March 15. Bonus is accumulated & paid (providing all qualifications are met the entire time) after each event along with hours worked. 1 week of bonus will be held & paid with accumulated weeks along with the hours worked after the next event and follows as such thru the season. To be qualified for weekly bonus you MUST ALWAYS: be dependable, communicate well, be up to date on the forecast, ensure equipment is ready BEFORE the storm, drug free, available to work and by phone 24/7, see the entire storm thru, work safely, respectful of equipment, no accidents and be timely to apply salt and to all snow/ ice events & MUST sign into an app & take pics with your smartphone. Failure to perform any of the above would result in loss of any accumulated potential bonus. If no snow/ice events occur, bonuses will still be paid end of season.
