Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Amherst, Massachusetts. This role is critical in our call center environment, where you will be tasked with processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain customer records Handle data entry tasks and ensure all customer information is up-to-date Schedule appointments and manage customer account monitoring Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to track customer interactions and report on customer service metrics Manage both inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when dealing with customers Utilize email correspondence to follow up with customers and resolve any outstanding issues Process order entries accurately and efficiently Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service delivery Requirements Proficiency in both spoken and written English and another language Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently Demonstrated skills in data entry and order entry Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Word Experience in handling email correspondence in a professional manner Ability to schedule appointments accurately Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
