Prepare both small (less than 200L) and large (200L-500L) volume buffers and tissue culture media for various R&D science lines and pilot manufacturing requested by science line customers, as described in standard operating proceduresSet up, execute, and evaluate non-GMP unit operations such as bioreactors, centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration and final fillExecute Clean-in-Place (CIP), Sterilize-in-Place (SIP), aseptic sampling, parts washing, inventory management, documentation, work order generation, and data entry/evaluationPerform algebraic mathematical calculations and determine molarity, molality, and percentagesCalculate volumes of required solution components based on mathematical calculations
