A leading manufacturer in Danvers, MA, is transitioning its MRP system from a legacy homegrown platform to the MISys Manufacturing Software. To ensure a seamless integration, we seek a self-directed QuickBooks expert accountant/consultant for a short-term, factory-based contract.
Your Project: Configure and optimize QuickBooks to interface directly with MISys transactions, enabling real-time data flow between manufacturing operations and financials. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring precision and independence.
Key Requirements
Proven expertise in QuickBooks (Desktop/Enterprise) setup, customization, and third-party integrations
Experience linking QuickBooks with manufacturing/ERP systems (MISys experience a strong plus)
Ability to work onsite at our Danvers, MA facility
Immediate availability – project starts ASAP
Self-motivated with minimal supervision; able to troubleshoot and deliver under tight deadlines
Project Scope
Duration: 3-6 weeks (full-time, temporary)
Location: SemiNex factory, Danvers, MA (no remote option)
Compensation: Competitive daily/hourly rate (commensurate with expertise)
