English/Spanish speaker Sales/Asst Mgr

Looking for a person who likes to get involved in many different things. We are a small company and need an assistant operations manager in our warehouse in Brockton. The right person will be outgoing and able to use Facebook and other computer websites for sales to Central and South America. They will also learn from and help the Operations Manager schedule trucking routes (logistics), manage employee schedules, manage data from a couple of our systems, handle occasional fire drills. The right person will have a good command of the English language, strong computer skills (Excel mostly), good people skills. College degree is a plus, but not a requirement. Initially part time, with possibility of growing into full time.
