Our company is one of the leaders in online precious metal recycling. We are a mail in only business purchasing gold, silver, platinum and diamonds from customers throughout the US and Canada. We have an outstanding reputation and have been in business for over 18 years now. We have managed to keep our team pretty small (less than 10 employees) over the years but we are rapidly growing and reinvesting into the business intending to build a high performing Customer Service team that can grow with us for years to come.

Our ideal candidate has a positive mindset, a great work ethic, and can multi-task and communicate well with customers.

Job Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries (using phone, email, text)

Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner while actively listening to their concerns

Other duties as requested

Salary: Starting at 42k+

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Experience: Customer Service and / or Sales: 3 years
