Requirements of the AWS Cloud Engineer: - Strong Cloud/AWS experience
- Strong Python and/or R experience
- Unix, Oracle/SQL experience
- At least 6 years of SW development experience
- At least 3 years of Cloud/Big Data experience
- CI/CD release automation and deployment: Jenkins, CloudFormation, etc.
- Strong understanding of databases (Oracle, Netezza) and ETL tools
- Experience in scheduling tools like Autosys, Control-M, Airflow etc.
- Exposure to Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Presto etc.)
- Good understanding of overall AWS security services like KMS, IAM, etc.
