Join the eXcell team. Contract to Hire Opportunity As a Senior Deskside Support Tech, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the company. You will be responsible for interacting and servicing clients with their technical problems on Win7, Win10, and Mac OS. Support will also include mobile support with Android Phones (Samsung 6-8). You will be helpful, relatable, and pleasant while diagnosing and fixing their problems.Work schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM with possible overtime as needed. Overview:
- Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
- Customize communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
- Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
- Prepare reports for analysis
- 2+ years of related experience, or AA degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A+ certification
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
- Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands
- Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
