Hourly Kitchen Operations Coordinator- Eataly Boston

The Kitchen Operations Specialist is the main connection between all BOH departments, closing working with the Chef Team on operational and administrative matters. Reports to the FP&A Analyst.Supports the Executive Chef and the Chef Team with daily BOH operationsCollects and distributes recipes and ingredients between outletsEnters and maintains recipes in Eataly’s database softwareGuides the Chefs on ordering, tracking costs, and completing Interglobo Orders if urgentMaintains order guides, logs, transfer sheets, and SOPs for BOH outletsOversees monthly inventories: assists Chef Team in counting products, entering data into our systems, analyzing gapsManages relationships with vendors, assesses credits and shorts, and works with Inventory Control to resolve issuesReceives Purchase Orders from other stores and processes orders for shipmentActs as a liaison between all inter-store departments and BOHPerforms other duties as required or assignedHourly Rate: $25.00
