Description We are in need of a Quality Assurance (QA) Support Engineer who can assist us in identifying and triaging incidents, bugs and issues within our system. This position requires customer support and quality assurance experience. This person will evaluate and report bugs and issues and assist in testing those fixes according to the needs and best practices of our product specifications. The QA Support Engineer will assist various levels of testing, meeting and support facilitation with our remote end users and internal teams. Minimum Qualifications: 1. 1-2 Years Customer Facing Support or Technical Care Experiences

1-2 Years of Software Testing experience

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Good understanding of Software Systems / Application Design and SDLC

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work

Excellent problem solving and debugging skills

Knowledge of QA Testing Process

Freshdesk / Zendesk or Ticketing Queue Experience

Experience using Project Management tools like Jira/Confluence

Key Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with Support and other Scratch engineering teams to help ensure the quality of our applications are the best in class

Identify known software bugs, communicate fixes as they occur, and escalate new issues reported in the field back to the segments of our engineering organization

Execute test cases where needed and help gather results

Work closely with the engineering team to identify, characterize, and resolve software issues

Report found issues through our ticketing system, effectively follow up and communicate test results

Lead triage and discovery meetings to assign and prioritize issues with various group
