A Restaurant and Pub on the North Shore is taking applications for a bar manager/floor manager. We’re not a chain or part of a restaurant group, we’re a independently owned and operated restaurant.

We are looking for experienced candidates who are detail-oriented and hard-working to join our team. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in a fast craft cocktail oriented environment. We are seeking an experienced and creative Bar/Beverage Manager to work closely with our leadership team and help shape a vibrant, inviting bar program. You will manage an experienced bar staff, stock and order inventory, oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and consistency while managing inventory, track usage, and implementing cost-control systems. The bar manager will participate in overall restaurant management — working in rotation with the management team to oversee the entire operation, including opening and closing procedures.

We are looking for 4 years of Beverage Manager or Bar Lead experience with proven mixology expertise and a strong understanding of beverage programs. Have excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, and strong financial management and organizational skills. Please be TIPS and ServSafe certified. More than a passing familiarity with Toast, XtraChef and Open Table a definite plus. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedule per the needs of the business.
