We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by sanitizing surfaces regularly.
Assist with bussing tables to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance guest relations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments efficiently.
Familiarity with the OpenTable reservation system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a busy setting.
