Looking for a catering assistant manager.
This person would be responsible for communicating with the guest as needed, being at the party before, during and after.
Helping to setup, serve and clear if needed.
Making sure all aspects of the guest's party is orchestrated properly.
Producing paperwork for guests and staff.
Helping to collect payment from the guests.
Helping manager to show space and discuss guest's needs.
A true assistant to catering manager.
Experience serving and or working in hospitality a must.
Must be able to work weekends and weekdays as business demands.
The correct person has good computer skills, attention to details, true team player and enjoy throwing events.
This position is very rewarding but can be demanding at times.
This person must be extremely reliable and flexible with schedule.
Typical week would be 4-5 days per week 30-40 hours.
