Common Craft is thriving and searching for a second Sous Chef to join the team. Featuring a modern gastropub style menu with modern twists; the food is fun, flavorful, whimsical, and steeped in culinary technique. Looking for an individual whose personality matches the food because we’re not only hiring a Sous Chef but another key piece of the management team.

Work alongside our talented culinary team of Executive chef, line staff and support team members in a fun and inclusive environment.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for all thing's food and beverage. Has an ability to positively lead others while multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Able to provide guidance and support for employees, is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Back of House and collaborates and communicates with Front of House team to create genuine guest experiences.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years' kitchen experience, high volume restaurants.

Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.

Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.

Proven track record in building high-performing teams.

Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests and employees
