Solid Ground Cafe is a busy local independent coffee shop looking for full time shift supervisor or general manager to help assist owners with day to day service. Such tasks include: managing barista schedule of about 7-8 people, preparing drinks, helping execute orders, preparing baked goods, ordering coffee/tea, managing coffee and tea inventory, helping owners develop new recipes for seasonal specials.
Ideal candidate will have both FOH and BOH experience and extensive experience making coffee. Must be a good leader and communicator. Must be an early morning person.
