About Us:
Desfina is a family-owned Greek restaurant and neighborhood favorite in East Cambridge. We serve authentic Greek cuisine in a welcoming and lively atmosphere. We are looking for experienced, reliable, and friendly team members to join us as part-time servers/bartenders.
Schedule Options
Morning shifts: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening shift: Monday 4:00 PM – close
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay plus tips ($20–$30/hour)
Part-time hours (ideal for students or those with another job)

What We Are Looking For
Prior restaurant serving or bartending experience (preferred)
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Interest in Greek/Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
