Busy Cabot St restaurant is looking for an experienced Sous to help our chef guide the kitchen into its busy fall season.
Our menu focuses on high quality comfort food that is sourced locally, influenced by New England seasonal ingredients and everything that can be made in house is made in house.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Cooking
- Training
- Inventory
- Menu development
- Overseeing systems and schedules
- Maintaining a clean and up to code work area
We are looking for immediate full time availability and have room for growth potential within the company for the right people. Weekend availability is a requirement for this position.
