The Independent Restaurant and Pub in Somerville is currently looking for a part-time bartender to work with us as we head into our patio season. We are a locally owned, independent restaurant group that is known for our passion for hospitality. A high school diploma or equivalent
Prior restaurant experience
Extensive knowledge of food, beer, wine and spirits and a familiarity with standard drink recipes. Must successfully complete BarSmarts certification within first 60 days of employment.
Knowledge of local and state regulations related to alcohol service and health code compliance
