Looking for a PCA for a 29 year old psychically challenged man in a wheelchair. Needs assistance with all adls and all daily tasks. Individuals must have a drivers license to take him where he needs to go on a daily basis in his own van. Looking for someone Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. And also per diem as needed.
