We are looking for a HR Assistant to support our Human Resources Department and overall Health Services Company. Bi - lingual a plus

This is a F/T Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule.

Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding and off boarding activities, including submitting new hire and departure notification forms, collecting and filing orientation schedules.

Support recruitment team with high-volume, full lifecycle hiring process. Maintain job posting logs, post to a variety of job sites, maintain social media and resumes as needed.

Coordinate interview schedules, greet candidates and assist with interviews. Schedule exit interviews with the Director.

Create and maintain all employee files. Ensure that all relevant documentation, including up-to date job descriptions, references, performance reviews, etc. are retained in compliance with HR policy and legal guidelines, ensuring all audit requirements are met.

Coordinate training programs, monthly and quarterly orientations, rewards and recognition, welcome receptions, and other HR events and projects as they arise.

Take an active role in planning, including preparing presentations and materials, ordering food, set-up and break-down, creating and distributing surveys, tracking participants, and drafting talking points.

Prepare presentations as needed by compiling information and creatively designing coherent and visually appealing presentations.

Use PowerPoint to maintain organizational charts and keep them up-to-date.

Maintain internal telephone directory, organizational charts, HR Handbook.

Demonstrate an understanding of the value of creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

Actively support and engage in creating and sustaining a workplace that fosters creativity and innovation.

Perform other related duties as requested.

Qualifications:

College Degree Preferred. We will consider High school diploma or equivalent

A minimum of 2 years administrative or HR experience required.

Wide range knowledge of office procedures required.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a service-oriented environment.

Must be able to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines, without compromising

quality, in a demanding, high-volume work environment.

Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a collaborative environment.

Excellent writing and proofing skills, including a strong attention to grammar, spelling, and accuracy.
