We are seeking a Detail Manager to oversee our car detailing operations. The Detail Manager will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed to meet customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
```Duties:```
- Manage and supervise a team of detailers
- Train new employees on proper car detailing techniques
- Perform quality checks to ensure that vehicles meet company standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments and manage work orders
- Perform automotive details.
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in car detailing or automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of buffing, car wash, wetsanding, and other detailing techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles (valid driver's license required)
- Familiarity with custodial duties and cleaning products
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
