We're looking for one more Winter Route Manager to join our team. Also looking for Seasonal Winter Operators to join our snow team this winter. We have seats to fill in loaders (Komatsu with Metalpless pushers), skid steers (Bobcats with Snow Wolf pushers), and walkway tractors (Ventracs).
Route Manager would be managing a handful of equipment operators and shovelers to provide snow removal services. Directing people around with the goal to provide a safe site. Little bit of plowing with truck but mostly managing and salting when needed.
Hours available too outside of snow events - AM commutes, saltable events and so on.
