With a minimum of 5+ years of luxury residential experience under your belt, you can take on big design challenges and project oversight. LeBlanc Design is a boutique firm, located in Boston Massachusetts, which provides concierge-level service for our clients’ new builds, gut renovations and interior remodels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has at least 5 years of experience managing design projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee interior design projects from initial client brief through installation
Draft working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, and interior detailing where needed
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and designers
Develop project budgets, pricing, timelines and FF&E schedules
Manage procurement, deliveries, and installation logistics
Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Problem-solve on-site issues and provide real-time solutions
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Drawing experience in CAD, Revit or Sketch Up
Proficient in project management software (Design Manager is a plus) and Google Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
