This position is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are in a safe and functional condition, and for identifying and repairing any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
● Complete internal tickets for repairs, lab assemblies, and all tasks related to upkeep and buildouts
● Maintain and update facility records, including maintenance logs and work orders
● Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
● Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies
● Comply with all safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent
● 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance
● Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
● Valid driver's license

● Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
● Must be able to work in confined spaces and at heights
