We are a small high tech company servicing the world-wide Electronics Production market with precision tools that are vital to achieving high quality production. We are seeking a team leader to learn and improve our production processes which include different adhesive assembly processes, cnc machine operation, punching, buffing, shearing and other forms of fixture assembly processes. In this role, the candidate will learn each of the different processes and help develop the documentation and benchmarking standards - and will also help organize the supplies and periodic maintenance for the various equipment. Although this position states full time, our business operates Mon-Thursday, 10am to 4pm. Candidates should be proficient with machine shop equipment and measuring tools. Have a track record in a similar function with their prior employment.
