Perform high level Administrative Tasks in support of environmental consulting and engineering company. We need more support primarily to track project costs. One 8-hour day weekly, time can be divided up. Must work at our office.
Track financial information in Quickbooks
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations a plus
Accounts payable and receivable
Monthly reconciliation
Manage payroll, use outside service
Prepare financial statements for tax preparations
Track depreciation of assets
Track credit card expenditures using duplicate entries to also track tax-related expenses
Work with owner to set up a separate job costing software separate from Quickbooks, produce monthly reports of profit analysis reports, analyze in multiple ways.
Produce invoices, working with project managers to develop narratives.
