Responsibilities:
Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach efforts
Conduct market research and property analysis
Negotiate contracts and agreements
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Active MA or NH Real Estate License (or the ability to obtain one)
Previous experience in commercial real estate preferred, but not required
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
