We need a property that can accommodate two separate families. Such as a smaller accessory dwelling unit (ADU), secondary suite, mother-in-law suite, backyard cottage, garden suite, etc.

Relatively private location.
Zoning and land use allows growing food and owning small livestock, e.g. chickens, etc would be a plus.
