Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 55 boutique-style apartment units. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage everything from tenant relations to financial reporting, ensuring our properties run smoothly and residents love where they live. Job Description:
Lead Operations: Manage day-to-day operations ensuring top-notch property standards.
Tenant Experience: Build strong relationships, respond quickly to inquiries, and resolve issues to keep residents happy.
Leasing & Marketing: Handle advertising, tours, applications, and lease agreements. Conduct both State and local submarket Market research of market rents and trends.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule repairs, manage vendors, and conduct property inspections.
Financial Management:
o Prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
o Collect rent and manage accounts payable/receivable.
o Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks for all transactions.
Compliance: Keep documentation organized and ensure adherence to regulation
Experience: 3–5 years in property management (boutique or luxury apartments preferred).
Skills:
o Strong organizational and verbal, written and communication skills.
o Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting functions.
o Familiarity with property management software, (Rent Vine a plus)
Requirements
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, Real Estate, or accounting a plus.
Certifications: CPM, ARM, or similar credentials are a plus.
Competitive salary $75,000 – $95,000, plus bonuses
