Busy North Shore firm is seeking a real estate paralegal with experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities to include processing files before and after closing, document preparation including deeds, settlement statements and title insurance policies and online recording, as well as general secretarial tasks. Minimum 2 years of experience preferred and experience using E-Closings real estate program required. Applicants should also have an understanding of TRID guidelines.
