Furniture Consignment Gallery in Burlington located at 45 Middlesex Turnpike is looking for someone to help merchandise our showroom. The job includes helping customers to load merchandise into their cars and to help move the furniture in and out of our showroom. Creating our visual displays can include using 4 wheelers to move dressers and sofas into the store. Preparing furniture for pick up and delivery and to receive incoming merchandise. Assembly and disassembly of furniture including beds is part of the job. Unpacking shipments of lamps and artwork and working with the Store Manager to hang artwork and create vignettes. General store maintenance including cleaning and minor repairs to furniture and the showroom.
Must be able to independently move large pieces of furniture
Must be a self starter who likes to keep busy
Must be someone who likes organizing
Must be a Team player who is clean cut and able to help customers when needed
Proficient with computers is a plus!
Hours are 10-4, 3-4 days per week including Saturdays. Hours can be flexible and can change based on business demand. We are entering into a very busy season!
