Carpenter/ Remodeler

Looking for a very responsible career oriented builder/ remodeler. Currently we are a one man shop, so applicant would be either working directly with me or independently, depending on the day. Seeking someone who is well versed in all areas of construction, can be trusted to be productive when unsupervised, creative problem solver, and reliable, no substance problems, no phone addiction, etc. basically I'm looking for someone that I can pay really well to produce good work, so that I can spend more time selling work and growing the business $50/hr+ for great carpenter with some tools and truck. Must be willing to do whatever it takes to complete projects. sometimes demo, digging footings, or other unpleasant jobs at times. I am not a yeller or screamer, I treat others with respect, and prefer a fun positive work environment, so if you are a complainer or time waster- please don't waste your time or mine because I will recognize this immediately, and we will part ways.
