Responsibilities: Perform outbound calls to Contractors and End Users (Prospects and House Accounts) Share BCS marketing information with prospects and customers Provide quotations on request Enter and process Sales Orders Capture and pass sales leads to Branch or Outside Sales team Maintain customer Sales Order and Backorder files Assist branch plan to increase Counter/Walk-in Sales Maintain and grow House Accounts Learn to estimate and price jobs Opportunities in sales or technical are available based on desire, attitude & aptitude. Qualifications: Customer Service experience and desire to serve. Ability to self-manage. Technical product acumen. HVAC experience (nice to have). Controls / Building Automation experience (nice to have).
