Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to clients. This role requires extensive knowledge of Massachusetts 266CMR standards of practice, and a variety of inspection techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough, non-invasive visual inspections of residential properties.

Evaluate and analyze all major systems and components, identifying potential issues.

Prepare detailed inspection reports with clear descriptions and prioritized findings.

Communicate inspection results to clients, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Recommend and perform specialized contaminant testing when necessary.

Qualifications:

Fully licensed Home Inspector in Massachusetts.

Minimum of one year of experience as a Home Inspector in Massachusetts.

A strong portfolio of certifications and licenses.

In-depth knowledge of residential construction, HVAC, plumbing and electrical is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Compensation:
