Property management person wanted

We're looking for a person to help maintain several buildings, including grounds, cleaning my landscaping, carpentry, painting, minor, plumbing, etc. This person will also be used to work in conjunction with a construction company helping running errands picking up products delivering snow management, etc. Please include any special licenses or ability to use construction equipment, such as bobcat driving a truck with a small trailer etc
