What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skill Set:
Valid drivers license (MA or equivalent)
Complete hand-tool setup and ability to arrive job-ready daily
Expert-level proficiency in all steep-slope systems (CertainTeed, asphalt shingles, underlayment, ventilation systems, flashing, carpentry tie-ins)
Expert-level proficiency in all low-slope systems (Carlisle EPDM/TPO/PVC installation per manufacturer specifications)
Proven ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot roofs to full warranty eligibility
Ability to work efficiently with 1–2 apprentices, train them, and maintain productive crew rhythm
Consistent daily documentation, photo logs, and reporting back to the office
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and maintaining a clean job site
