They analyze market trends and develop innovative ways to improve our competitive position. This role will work cross-functionally to develop actionable insights and identify innovative solutions to drive growth through an industry-leading customer experience.Key responsibilities:

Provide outside-in thought leadership on the future state of the industry and potential impact to overall strategy and businesses.

Define strategic context across portfolio of businesses: growth drivers, macro trends, customer dynamics, competitive environment, technology trends, etc. On an ongoing basis monitor, track, interpret, and share industry, competitive and innovation trends.

Work collaboratively with leadership from divisions and functions to identify innovation solutions to improve the customer experience across multiple dimensions such as: operational delivery, digital solutions, contracting models and service line offerings.

Provide market analysis on prioritized opportunities that include assessing market size, growth rate, segmentation, SWOT analysis and other relevant market dynamics.

Bring analytical expertise and techniques (e.g., scenario planning, portfolio analysis, future-back dreaming) designed to identify and make better decisions under uncertainty.

Develop and own process for tracking and driving innovation initiatives to include innovation hopper, prioritization and business sponsor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in market analytics, business intelligence, or similar

Experience driving innovation and implementing strategic initiatives

Familiar with trends and technologies in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to seeing opportunities and challenges.

Self-starter with ability to work independently and on teams in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $143,000.00–$214,475.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
