Manage the picking and packing of bread and pastries to over 200 customers. Train and develop a very diverse group of employees that primarily speak Portuguese and or Spanish. Quality and customer service is our priority. The ability to work independently and willing to jump in to get the job done when needed is required. The department consists of approximately 20 people, depending on the season.
Inventory management, people development and adherence to company processes and policies are very important.
The shift is 7pm to 3am, five to six days a week.
