Please join our community of learners as the Director of Children's House and as a Co-Montessori Children's House Guide beginning August 15, 2025. Our next Children's House Director will work in the classroom part-time, roughly 20 hours per week, and serve as Children's House Director for the other hours in the week to make up a 37.5 to 40 hour per week full-time position. Administrative responsibilities include staying current with EEC regulations, communicating with parents, generating professional development opportunities, and observing, evaluating and mentoring Children's House faculty. The Director of CH also sits on the administrative team along with the Head, Assistant Head and Administrative coordinator.
Applicants must have:
Early Educator and Care License at the Director Level
Montessori Training
Willingness to submit to CORI and background records check
