Description We are welcoming a Property Manager to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Dorchester, Massachusetts. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, maintain customer records and manage customer accounts. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications Maintain precise customer credit records Schedule and coordinate appointments for residents Review and document resident income Utilize Real Page Onesite software for property management tasks Uphold confidentiality in dealing with resident information Engage with residents to encourage office visits Manage a high volume of paperwork in an organized manner Perform electronic and physical filing and tracking of paperwork Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inbound calls and performing receptionist duties. Requirements Proficient in answering inbound calls, equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in performing receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling administrative tasks. Ability to manage and prioritize work orders, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients and maintaining strong client relationships. Familiarity with the Real Estate & Property industry, with a deep understanding of property management principles. Capable of managing multiple properties, ensuring each property is well-maintained and meets all legal requirements. Ability to resolve property-related issues promptly and professionally. Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues related to property management. Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant technologies.
