A top construction company in the area is looking for Lead Project Managers in the Cape Cod area!Description:
Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all objectives are met
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
At least 3 years as the lead PM on projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field
Experience with full financial management
