The Evergreen Center is seeking a Residential Counselor responsible for implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans. Responsibilities: Case management of one individualCollecting and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas Supervising instructional activities in the residence and community settings Monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.Transporting Individuals: Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community.
