Solidus is searching for a C 11 Software Developer.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to the software team in designing and implementing a software defined radio testbed - Implement software components within an infrastructure of a complex distributed system Utilize System Modeling/Unified Modeling Language (SYML/UML) design techniques as part of the overall development process - Contribute in different areas of development including networking, hardware abstraction, UI, data transfer and archivingRequired: - U.S. Citizen and able to obtain DoD Security Clearance; active Secret preferred - MS plus 3 years minimum relevant experience, or BS plus 5 years minimum relevant experience. Computer Science and Software Engineering majors preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience with the following: C/C Programming C11 or later, Stand Template Library, Boost library Software Design/Development - Must be experienced with the following: Languages: C 11, C Linux development environment Developing for resource constrained systems and hardware abstraction layers Object-oriented development and Portable Operating System Interface (POSIX) Software lifecycle processes and their associated tools. Software modelling and the Unified Modelling Language (UML)Preferred: - Minimum 5 years of experience with the following: Design Patterns, Data Structures, Functional Programming Principles Software/Algorithm Development Maven or Gradle, Git / Gitlab, Make / Autotools Hardware and Software Integration - Languages: Python, Java Script - Tools: MagicDraw (or similar), Atlassian Tool Suite (Bamboo, Jira), Git - Familiarity with MATLABJob: 4072Applicants selected must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
