Accounting Manager

Description We are offering a contract job opportunity for an Accounting Manager in the data-driven print marketing, direct mail marketing, and fulfillment solutions industry. The position is located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States and requires on-site presence. Responsibilities: Manage the month-end close process Overseeing accounts receivable collections Collaborating with the accountant who manages the general ledger Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer Handling billing functions and maintaining accurate financial records Ensuring the smooth operation of all accounting functions within NetSuite without direct management of any individualRequirements Proficient in Accounting Software Systems Experience with NetSuite is preferred Knowledge of various Accounting Functions Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience in Billing Functions Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
