Position: Clinical Trainer Job Description: The clinical trainer is responsible for developing and implementing clinical competencies and coordinating training sessions for new and current clinical employees to ensure all staff has the clinical skills necessary to appropriately care for patients in all MRPG locations. Qualifications and Experience:Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Medical Assistant (MA) in an outpatient environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must. Past experience working with electronic medical records is required. Proficient in data management and reporting, previous experience training clinical employees strongly preferred.
