Responsibilities of the Azure Cloud Engineer:
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications
  • Offer vision and direction on the roadmap for the client's integration layer platform
  • Provide necessary guidance to a team of developers writing Azure-based integrations with React Native and Drupal
  • Ensure estimates from junior developers and in backlog are accurate
  • Adhere to Agile SDLC practices
  • Engage proactively with the customer community

Requirements of the Azure Cloud Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • 5 or more years of experience with modern software design patterns, particularly in Azure with enterprise architecture and design
  • Familiarity with Azure Devops and Git
  • Prior experience developing apps using React Native in JavaScript/Typescript
  • Strong communication skills, self motivation, and attention to detail
  • Experience building and consuming APIs and integrating Okta / OAuth for authentication
